Interkapital Bank was established in Moscow in 1994. The Bank is a company of "Re-Invest" Group. In addition to the head office, the credit institution has a branch office and two additional offices in Moscow, as well as operations office in Tambov.
41% of net assets are a loan portfolio. More than 80% of all loans granted to legal entities are loans for a period shorter than 3 years. Nearly 27% of net assets are invested in securities, mostly in the notes of Russian banks. The backings of the resource base are the balances of the accounts of corporate clients (68% of liabilities). In the domestic interbank lending market Interkapital Bank acts as a net borrower. According to the RAS compliant accounting data, in 2010 financial year profit of the credit institution made 10.03 million roubles (equivalent figure for 2009 financial year is 4.04 million roubles).
