Arranging bond issues by legal entities

Being a professional securities market player, CJSC “Zepter Bank” renders services concerned with arranging bond issues by legal entities and placement of such issues:

·         advisory services on bond issue, placement and circulation;
·         drawing up issuing documentation in accordance with the placement method chosen by the issuing organization;
·         preparing a documentation package as required for state registration of bonds and support of the registration process;
·         providing for cooperation between the issuing organization and the stock exchange in connection with submitting documentation as required for admission of bonds to placement and (or) circulation within the stock exchange trading system;
·         ensuring placement of bonds issued in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
·         keeping records on contracts concluded in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
