Periodically you are facing the same problem: payment of utility services, landline, mobile, and a whole list of everything you need to pay and without even a minute of time to do this because in order to pay the bills you would need to visit a number of payment points. Besides, payment for services necessarily involves the image of queues, hassle, a pack of receipts.

To solve this problem the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus has designed and commissioned the project “Unified Settlement and Information Space" (USIS), also known under the trademark “Raschet”.

“Raschet” system is a modern and convenient service of the 21st century, which is designed to ensure your complete service to the highest consumer standards. “Raschet” system works on the principle of progressive methods of remote service using all the modern payment tools.

Today to make a payment there is no need to spend your valuable time searching for the nearest bank office. You can quite easily and freely use the Internet banking, SMS-banking, mobile banking, or use the more familiar to you payment terminals, such as ATMs, self-service terminals, terminals with possibility to receive cash (cash-in).

With “Raschet” system you can save much of your time, besides you will be able to pay the bills not only in common and very busy days, but also on weekends and holidays, and all this on a round-the-clock basis. And with online banking you do not need to break away from your home doings, as this service allows you to make payments quickly and without leaving home.

With “Raschet” system you can make payments using bank cards and/or cash in more than 7500 banking service areas of almost all banks in the Republic of Belarus, as well as via Internet and mobile payment systems. The list of banking service areas can be found at www.raschet.by.

With the use of “Raschet” system you can pay for any of the 2000 registered services, regardless of your location. For example, you live in the city of Mogilev, and your child is getting paid education in Minsk. You do not have to worry because of his/her travel with a considerable sum from Mogilev. You can pay for the studies in Mogilev payment areas and via Internet banking. Or, being in the city of Borisov, you can pay utility bills of your parents living in another city. Just click on “Raschet” and follow the instructions on the screen. All you need to make a payment is to enter a personal account number before the first payment.

In order to make a payment through the remote banking services terminal you do not need to read the instruction manual. Everything you need is to select “Raschet” in the device menu and, carefully following the tips (on the screen of ATM, self-service terminal, terminals with possibility to receive cash, etc.), carry out data entry. “Raschet” system automatically checks the data entered. In case of an error when entering data on the screen of the remote banking service terminal there shall be a message on the impossibility of the operation, and payment will not be fulfilled. When making the first payment with the use of “Raschet”, the system will automatically assign you a payer’s personal number indicated at the receipt. Next time using this specified number, you will be able to view in the “Raschet” system the data on the latest payments, as well as view the amount to be paid for using other services.
