CJSC “Zepter Bank” HAS PRESENTED ITS SERVICES AT A SPECIALIZED EXHIBITION OF FINANCIAL SERVICES “BANK. INSURANCE. LEASING”

According to the information received by the ECOPRESS in the bank, visitors of CJSC “Zepter Bank” stand were able to communicate with experienced consultants who provided comprehensive information on all bank products and helped to make the right choices based on individual customer requirements. Peterburg Social Commercial Bank has opened a correspondent account in Belarusian rubles in JSC “Zepter Bank”.
On September 29, 2009 open joint-stock company “Peterburg Social Commercial Bank” (hereafter – OJSC “PSCB” ) opened a correspondent account in BYR (Belarusian rubles) in the bank subsidiary of international group “Zepter Group” – JSC “Zepter Bank” (SWIFT – ZEPTBY2X, Telex – 252180 ZEPT BY).

Setting up the account in JSC “Zepter Bank” will contribute to the optimization of the international payments in BYR between the Russian clients of OJSC “PSCB” and their Belarusian suppliers/customers and other export-import operations of OJSC “PSCB” clients with the contractors in the Republic of Belarus, EU countries and other Southern/Eastern European countries.

JSC “Zepter Bank” has obtained a license to be entitled to carry-out professional and exchange activities involving securities No. 02200/0385563 as of April 14, 2009. The license was issued by virtue of the Belarusian Ministry of Finance No. 97 as of April 6, 2009 for a term of 5 years. That was reported to PRIME-TASS in the bank on Wednesday.
Currently “Zepter Bank” has a right to conduct broker and dealer activities as well as offer consultation services with regard to securities transactions.

On January 28 the owner and president of “Zepter Group” company Philip Zepter met Belarusian prime-minister Sergey Sidorsky in Minsk. P. Zepter informed the head of the government about his interest regarding realizing a number of projects in Belarus.
This meeting is a development of the dialogue commenced during the Belarus Investment Forum in London. Among the projects to be discussed today are establishing an insurance and leasing companies, building of a business-center in Minsk. The sum presumed to be invested only in this particular project is 200 millions Euro. “In 2008 we established JSC “Zepter Bank” in Belarus. Pointedly, its basic capital is still moderate-sized – between 17 and 22 millions dollars – but we plan its enhancement” – the head of “Zepter Group” asserted. – “Besides, we project to open 20 additional branches of this bank. Still, our main goal that we set upon establishing the bank is its role of a trigger for all our projects in Belarus. The crisis didn’t affect your country that significantly and we are immensely interested in the development of the relationships”.
